Selection and Recruitment Process

Human Recources team reviews all the applications and forward them to the related departments in accordance with the needs. You can submit your application online or directly to AKINSOFT Headquarters. After this step Human Resources team assesses the applications and give positive or negative feedbacks to applicants.

Wages and Benefits

• The position, technical knowledge and experience are considered in the process of determining the wages of the staffs.
• The wages are increased according to the inflation and staff performance in the periods set by the government.


Various seminars are given to the employees in AKINSOFT due to high quality service.
These are;
• "AKINSOFT Products" training for the new staff,
• Performance-enhancing trainings in appropriate subjects (Motivation, Success,etc.) as a result of investigation of Human Recources Department.
• Trainings for staffs to improve themselves according to the their positions are given to them or supported financially. (English courses, Computer Courses, etc)

Intern Opportunities

Interns are accepted in certain periods of the year according to the need of the departments. Internship for an average of 30 students in AKINSOFT Konya, AKINSOFT İstanbul and Cadde Meram Cafe and Robotics Application Center is available annually.

Working hours change twice a year due to daylight saving time.

Summer / Winter Working Hours
Weekdays : 8:00 am- 6:00 pm

* There is no service between 12:30 - 13:10 due to lunch break.
* There is no overtime on Saturday and Sunday.
